Je meldt je af bij je opdrachtgever en bij MCPHoreca. Zie ook ziekteverzuimbeleid

Op mcphoreca.nl vind je boven aan de pagina een knop “kandidaten”, hier kun je inloggen met de inloggegevens die je van ons hebt gekregen.
In het portal waar je dan terecht komt kun je op werkbrieven drukken en vervolgens indienen.
Ook kun je de werkbrief app van actiefsoftware downloaden om het makkelijk vanaf je telefoon te kunnen doen.

Elke maandag, voor 12:00 uur dien jij je uren via de portal in. Eén keer in de vier weken wordt je loon uitbetaald. Zie betaalschema.

Wat vervelend dat er iets niet goed gaat tussen jullie. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat je opdrachtgever tevreden is met jouw inzet, maar jij moet je natuurlijk ook op je plek voelen. Neem contact op met jouw accountmanager en bespreek met hem/haar de ontstane situatie. Samen met jou en eventueel je opdrachtgever gaan we op zoek naar een oplossing.

Nee, dit is niet mogelijk. Dit gebeurt elk jaar in de maand Mei. Het is wel mogelijk om je vakantiegeld en overige reserveringen gelijktijdig met je salaris uit te laten betalen. Dit leggen we contractueel was. Het is niet mogelijk om dit tussentijds te wijzigen.

U betaald dan de resterende uren * uurtarief

U kunt onze werknemers kosteloos overnemen na een periode van 1 jaar. Eerder overnemen is alleen mogelijk in overleg.

De hoogte van de omrekeningsfactor wordt bepaald door: verwachte declarabele uren op jaarbasis en het betalingstermijn.

Het uurtarief wordt van te voren met u besproken en is afhankelijk van het aantal verwachte uren op jaarbasis en het betalingstermijn. Daarnaast kan schaarste op de markt invloed hebben op het tarief. Voordat onze werknemer bij u begint sturen wij u een opdrachtbevestiging met de overeengekomen uurtarief.

Whether you are allowed to work in the Netherlands depends on your nationality. You are free to work in the Netherlands if you have the nationality of a country that is part of the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland. If you have another nationality, conditions apply.

If you have the nationality of a country outside of the EU/EEA or Switzerland, you will need a residence permit to live and work in the Netherlands. And sometimes you will also need a work permit. Which residence and work permit you can get depends on your situation and the type of work.

You will then need a residence permit. You can read below which residence permits there are and how the application works.

Intra Corporate Transferees (Directive 2014/66/EU) 

You work at a company established outside the European Union (EU) and you are transferred to a branch in the Netherlands. 

For this residence permit you cannot apply yourself. Your employer should apply for the residence permit at the IND.

Highly skilled migrant

You are going to work in a high-level position. Or you are going to work as a (guest) lecturer, trainee doctor or scientific researcher in paid employment. Specific salary requirements apply. Your employer must be recognised as a sponsor by the IND.

For this residence permit you cannot apply yourself. Your employer should apply for the residence permit at the IND.

European blue card

The European blue card is intended for employees who perform highly skilled work within the EU. Specific salary and educational requirements apply. This residence permit also makes it easier for the employee to work in a different EU Member State. Your employer will apply for your residence permit.

For this residence permit you cannot apply yourself. Your employer should apply for the residence permit at the IND.

Researcher within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2016/801

You can also work as a researcher within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2016/801. You do not need to receive a salary; you may also receive a grant. Your employer must be recognised as a sponsor by the IND.

For this residence permit you cannot apply yourself. Your employer should apply for the residence permit at the IND.

Essential start-up personnel (pilot)

The employee will work with a start-up in the Netherlands and will have an essential role that helps the start-up grow. The employee will receive a salary and an employee participation in the company. 

Work in paid employment

This is the standard residence permit for working in paid employment in the Netherlands. Several permits exist for work in paid employment with specific rules.

Work experience as a trainee or apprentice

You will apply for this purpose of stay if you are a student and will do an internship in the Netherlands or will go to work for a Dutch company in order to gain work experience. You can also do an internship or gain work experience in the context of an EU action programme.

Upon arrival in the Netherlands, you must register in the Municipal Personal Records Database (BRP)  in the municipality you are going to live. For this you need a  legalised and translated  birth certificate. 

You need to undergo a tuberculosis test (TB test) within 3 months after having received your residence permit.
